2. Cardstocks I Love

Cardstock is one of the most important supplies in my craft room. For most of my card bases I prefer using Accent Opaque Cardstock because it gives a crisp, sturdy base. When I want to use colored card bases, I choose from a variety of colored cardstocks. For die-cutting elements, I use many different cardstock brands and colors depending on the look I want to achieve.

3. Inks & Blending Tools

Inks and coloring tools play a big role in bringing my card designs to life. I often use Distress Oxide inks and Simon Says Stamp Inks for ink blending backgrounds because they create soft, layered color effects. Ink blending brushes help me achieve smooth transitions when blending colors on my cards. For stamped images and detailed coloring, I love using COPIC markers because they blend beautifully and allow me to add depth and dimension to my designs.

4. Adhesives That Don’t Fail Me

Adhesives are essential for assembling my cards and adding dimension to my designs. I often use foam tape when I want to lift die-cut elements and create layered dimension on my cards. For most of my general card assembly, I rely on liquid glue because it allows a little time to adjust placement and creates a strong bond once it dries.
